Tiffany Hughes is the child of immigrant parents from St. Vincent and the Grenadines who instilled in her a love for America and its promise of economic opportunity for all who are willing to chase it. Watching her parents strive to achieve their American Dream showed Tiffany the importance of diving into new opportunities, working hard, and never giving up.
Growing up, Tiffany’s mom would find any reason to have friends and family over. It didn’t matter if it was a neighbor starting a new job or a niece graduating from college, her mother never shied away from any excuse to throw a party and celebrate her loved ones’ successes. This deep love of community was passed on to Tiffany and can be seen in her unwavering commitment to helping others.
