Tiffany is the owner of KBI Staffing Solutions LLC, recently honored by the Orlando Business Journal as one of fastest growing private companies in Orlando. Through her leadership KBI has economically empowered the community through job creation and job opportunity, helping more than 600 men and women find good jobs here at home every year. Tiffany has worked alongside local elected officials, stakeholders and leaders to move our community forward and bring economic stability to Central Florida families.
Tiffany is a community advocate at heart. She knows how to make calls, gather signatures, knock on doors, and collaborate with the community to get issues resolved. Deeply invested in the most pressing issues of Central Florida, Tiffany has co-chaired a City of Orlando board and currently co-chairs the Orange County Community Development Advisory Board. In 2019 Tiffany was honored as the Orange County District 6 Citizen of the year, an award she accepted while pregnant with her now 2 years old son, Legacy.
As a mother, engaged in the education system in both Orange and Seminole County Tiffany is an advocate for our children, parents, teachers and staff. She believes that what we teach our children now will influence the leadership of tomorrow. As a parent of a toddler, who will join our school system in just a few years, she is dedicated to supporting Florida’s education system to ensure that our children have the resources and support to thrive.
Tiffany has dedicated her life to uplifting the community around her and currently mentors for Seminole High School with the Take Stock in Children Program. She also mentors for the 2022 Orlando Business Journal as a part of Bizwoman Mentoring Monday and strives to be a role model in the business community and beyond.
A child of immigrant parents, who instilled in her a love and respect for America and the grit to dive into new opportunities, work hard and never give up. Tiffany is a graduate of the Florida International University and has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
In April 2021, she was elected President of the Orange County, FL branch NAACP, the youngest to serve in the branch’s 93 year history. She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 100 and the Congressional Black Caucus Institute’s political boot camp. In 2021, she was named an Orlando Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree.
As a true public servant, Tiffany is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, and is a steward at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Eatonville, FL where she and her husband were wed in 2016 during a hurricane (true story).
Tiffany lives locally with her husband and college sweetheart Kenneth and her son Legacy.
